Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​We are sure you will love your new purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with it you can simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of dispatch in their original packaging, with tags attached & in new condition with a returns note stating the reason for return.  Please notify us by email at shopeidababy@gmail.com stating the reason for your return.

If you have received Items which are damaged you must notify us within 48 hrs and return the damaged item(s) within 14 days of purchase. 

Clearance and Sale items are exchange only.​​  

Items pre ordered and made to order are unable to be exchanged or refunded.
